TURN OFF TEXT NOTIFICATIONS FOR ALERTS ON MAC INSTALL

The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 6.2 and earlier firmware.

Navigate to Log Settings | AutomationВ page and configure the email account where you would like to receive alert notifications.

Edit category settings by clicking the ConfigureВ icon on the appropriate line or click Accept.

Select the check box in the AlertВ column for the Sandbox File TransferВ result.

Navigate to the Logs and Reporting | Log Settings | Base SetupВ page, expand the CategoryВ (e.g.

Click ManageВ in the top navigation menu.

The weekly report provides a link to the Capture ATP status portal on MySonicWall. NOTE:В You can unsubscribe to stop receiving these emails.

In a browser, log into your MySonicWall account.

Then, notifications will automatically show up.

The MySonicWall app must be installed on the device and you must be logged in to an account that has a registered appliance.

If the Notification Center page is not already displayed, tap the options icon to display the MySonicWall navigation options and select Notification Center.

Notification CenterВ will be displayed on the default login page.
